‘Get Into NHS’ Programme run by the Prince’s Trust in partnership

The Prince's Trust in partnership with Guy's and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust are running a 'Get Into NHS' course to help young people to get experience within the NHS.

The course is open to  those between the ages of 16 and 25, out of education and employment and live in Greater London. A priority will be given to residents from Lewisham, Southwark and Lambeth boroughs.

The core course points are as follows:

  • Gain essential skills needed to work in the NHS
  • Complete a two week work placement with the NHS, gaining experience in training, HR, admin or other key areas of Hospital work
  • Potentially get a job within the NHS, with the opportunity to apply for further training and development
